Creator Network Manager

CREATOR MANAGER

We're a US/Canada TikTok LIVE Creator Network with 100+ creators. We are looking for Creator Managers to join the team and grow alongside us. Creator Managers are Independent Contractors. You work on your own schedule, but you need to be reachable by your creators.  This job is fully remote.

You'll recruit new talent, onboard them, and hand them our complete toolkit to stay active and grow. All tools, templates, and training materials are fully provided by us, so you can focus on recruiting and relationships. If you're self-managed and comfortable with consistent outreach, this role has no income ceiling. And as we grow, so do the bonuses we can offer you.

Requirements

• You must be 18 years or older.
• You must have your own computer and reliable internet.
• You must have both a Discord and a TikTok account.

Recruitment

• Verify TikTok LIVE creators are unaffiliated with another Creator Network.
• Contact unaffiliated TikTok LIVE creators. You will reach out, build relationships, and sign them.

Creator Support

• Guide creators through onboarding.
• Audit streams with our tool and give practical feedback to each creator you manage.
• Help new creators with branding and consistency using our branding tools.
• Check in with your creators regularly to see if they have any questions or needs.
• Track activity and follow up to keep your roster engaged.
• Help coordinate battles for creators who request them.
• Post TikTok campaign opportunities in Discord.

What We’re Looking For

• Human generated writing is a must, as authenticity is a core facet of our brand.
• Strong English communication skills, as you'll be talking to creators regularly.
• Commitment to consistent, high-volume, high-quality outreach. This is the core daily activity and determines your results.
• Ability to manage multiple creators at once, from onboarding to ongoing support. We train you, so you need no prior experience.
• Self-managed and reliable. You will only get out what you put in.

A background in recruiting, sales, or community management is helpful but not necessary. We'll equip you with comprehensive training materials before you start and are open to people with no experience in the field as long as they come ready to learn and work.

Compensation

Payment is wholly performance-based. Commission is recurring, tiered by creator performance. The more quality creators you recruit and retain, the more you earn. Monthly performance-based bonuses are also available, and our commission rates and bonuses are very competitive with other networks. Specific commission rates and pay structure information will be discussed in the interview.
