  • Own the pipeline of new ad concepts, VSLs, and iterations to ensure a steady flow of winning creatives.
  • Build, manage, and scale a team of editors and creative partners (onshore/offshore).
  • Own the production pipeline and asset management systems, ensuring efficient workflows that balance speed, cost, and creative quality.
  • Partner with Media Buyers and CRO team to align creative with funnel strategy and revenue targets.

Essential Job Functions

  • Creative Testing & Performance:
    • Work with media and CRO teams to structure creative testing frameworks, optimize for win rates, and scale proven assets.
  • Operational Management:
    • Build and oversee systems for end-to-end production management - from concept briefs to final delivery - ensuring efficient cross-functional collaboration, offshore creative coordination, asset management, and rigorous quality control.
  • Revenue Alignment:
    • Tie creative output directly to acquisition KPIs, ensuring creative production is a driver of WarriorBabe’s growth targets.

How We Measure Success

  1. Creative Win Rate:
    • Target: ≥15% winning ads per batch (stretch 20%).
  1. Ad Output Volume:
    • Target: ≥75 new ads/month delivered and tested.
  1. VSL Production & Testing:
    • Target: ≥1 new VSL per offer per month or 2–4 iterative VSL tests per month.
  1. Creative ROI:
    • Target: Paid creative drives ≥70% of new VIP revenue growth at target CAC.
  1. Team Efficiency:
    • Target: Cost per creative asset optimized while maintaining high-quality output.

  • Monthly VSL concept or iteration delivered.
  • Weekly creative performance review and optimization recommendations.
  • Quarterly team training and capability development sessions.

  • Operate as a Builder of Systems & Talent, developing both the creative pipeline and the team that powers it.
  • Function as a Collaborative Partner, aligning with Media, Copy, and CRO to maximize campaign outcomes.
  • Maintain Speed with Quality, balancing rapid testing cadence with brand and technical excellence.
