The RoleWe are seeking a Creative Script Adapter to transform romance and drama web novels into binge-worthy screenplays for mobile-first, vertical video storytelling. This is part of our Paid Creator Program and is a project-based contract role, with compensation provided per completed and approved script package. Writers with experience in adaptation, romance storytelling, or interactive formats will thrive in this role.
What You’ll Do- Adapt web novel plots into high-quality screenplays for vertical streaming formats.
- Analyze and enhance story structure, pacing, and character development.
- Write original scenes and collaborate on revisions.
- Optimize story elements using audience engagement data.
- Provide feedback to peers and participate in script workshops.

- 5+ years of professional screenwriting or adaptation experience
- Strong romance/drama storytelling skills
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred
- Comfort with young adult romance/drama themes, including sensitive content
- Ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
