Position Overview

We are seeking a highly experienced Creative Project Manager to join our growing team. This role requires a sharp eye for design, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple creative projects from concept to delivery. The ideal candidate will be comfortable reviewing design files (including Figma), understanding design components and systems, and working closely with both clients and internal creative teams to ensure projects are delivered on time, on brief, and at the highest quality.

Key Responsibilities

● Oversee and manage multiple creative projects simultaneously from kickoff to delivery.

● Review and provide feedback on design files, including Figma files, component systems, and graphic design assets, ensuring brand consistency and creative excellence.

● Develop and maintain project timelines, schedules, and deliverable trackers.

● Coordinate and schedule client meetings, internal team reviews, and production milestones.

● Act as the primary liaison between clients and internal teams, ensuring clear communication and alignment.

● Monitor progress against project plans, proactively identifying and resolving potential delays or roadblocks.

● Manage resources and workflows to ensure projects are delivered on time, on budget, and exceeding expectations.

Qualifications

Minimum 5 years of experience as a Project Manager in a creative agency, design studio, or similar environment.

● Strong understanding of graphic design principles, design systems, and component-based workflows.

● Proficiency in reviewing and navigating Figma and other design collaboration tools.

Must be proficient in Jira for project tracking, sprint planning, and workflow management.

● Exceptional organizational skills with proven success managing multiple deadlines.

● Strong communication and client relationship management skills.

● Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including designers, copywriters, strategists, and developers.

● Experience managing both small-scale and large, multi-phase creative projects.

Preferred Skills

● Familiarity with AI-powered creative tools and workflows.

● Knowledge of branding, digital marketing, and creative production processes.
