Position Purpose:
The Creative Production & Communications Manager is an individual contributor responsible for creating multimedia and communications materials while coordinating the execution of creative projects. This role partners with business stakeholders to understand communication needs, develop high-quality content, and manage project timelines and workflows to ensure creative deliverables are completed accurately, on time, and in alignment with brand standards.

Key Details: This position is 100% remote within the United States.

  • Apply and uphold brand standards to ensure all creative deliverables reflect a consistent visual identity, tone, and messaging.
  • Partner with stakeholders to understand business objectives and translate them into clear creative briefs and effective communication materials.
  • Design, produce, and edit multimedia assets for internal and external communications, including digital, video, print, presentations, and web-based content.
  • Coordinate creative projects from intake through delivery, helping prioritize work, manage timelines, and communicate project status.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to support the successful execution of creative projects.
  • Track project milestones, dependencies, and deliverables using project management tools to help ensure projects are completed on schedule.
  • Assist with managing production schedules and coordinating resources across multiple projects.
  • Identify opportunities to improve creative processes and workflows to enhance efficiency and collaboration.
  • Review creative deliverables for accuracy, quality, brand consistency, and compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
  • Support communication and feedback between stakeholders, creative teams, and external partners throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.
  • Complies with all policies and standards.

Education/Experience:
Bachelor's Degree in a related field degree in Graphic Design, Video Production, or other related
Preferred:

  • 5+ years of experience in graphic design, multimedia production, or creative communications.
  • Experience coordinating multiple creative projects and managing production schedules.
  • Experience working within a healthcare organization or other regulated industry is a plus.

Pay Range: $70,100.00 - $126,200.00 per year

Benefits may be subject to program eligibility.
