The Creative Director will lead a team, enhance operational systems, ensure high-quality creative output, and integrate AI tools for improved workflows.
Luxury Presence is the leading growth platform for high-performing real estate agents, teams, and brokerages. The company provides agent-branded websites, advanced marketing tools, and Presence® CRM, the AI relationship engine that transforms an agent’s sphere into a proactive source of new business. More than 17,000 real estate businesses rely on Luxury Presence to elevate their brand, attract clients, and grow their business, including 30% of the Wall Street Journal RealTrends top agents and teams.
Why This Role Matters
Our internal creative team is the engine behind how Luxury Presence shows up in the market. Every ad, landing page, video, and brand touchpoint runs through this group. The work is visible, high-stakes, and directly tied to revenue.
We need a leader who can take this team from good to exceptional. Someone who can establish operational discipline, build stakeholder trust, and raise the creative bar to best-in-class standards. This is not a role where you inherit a well-oiled machine. You will need to fix systems, set new standards, and hold people accountable while shipping work that makes the company proud.
You will report to the SVP of Partnerships, Brand, and Community, and lead a team of 5-10 designers and motion artists. Your mandate: run creative like a high-performing agency, not a reactive service desk.
What You'll Own
Operational Excellence
You will build the systems that make the creative team reliable. That means clear intake processes, transparent tracking, and consistent communication with internal clients. The goal: 95%+ on-time delivery within six months. Stakeholders should never wonder where their project stands.
Creative Quality
You will set the visual standard for Luxury Presence. Every external-facing asset should pass brand review before shipping. You will articulate why something works or doesn't, push the team to do better, and ensure our creative stands out in a crowded market. The bar is category-leading, not just "good enough."
Scaled Output Through AI
You will implement AI tools and workflows that let the team produce more without adding headcount. Within 12 months, we expect 2-3x increase in monthly asset delivery. You should have hands-on experience using AI in creative production and be able to train others to adopt it.
Team Leadership
You will manage and develop a multi-disciplinary creative team. That means hiring, coaching, giving direct feedback, and building a culture where craft and accountability coexist. You will rebuild trust with internal stakeholders through transparency and consistent delivery.
What We're Looking For
Experience
- xperience
- 5+ years leading creative teams, with at least 2 years in a director-level role
- Experience working at a high-growth company as an internal creative stakeholder
- Track record building operational systems that improved delivery reliability
- Hands-on experience implementing AI tools into creative workflows
Skills and Mindset
- Strong creative taste across formats: ads, web, motion, video, brand
- Operational rigor. You build systems, enforce deadlines, and hold people accountable.
- Proactive communication. You over-communicate status, flag risks early, and never let stakeholders be surprised.
- Comfort with cross-functional partnership. You will work closely with Marketing, Growth, Product, and Exec teams.
- Ownership mentality. When something breaks, you fix it. No excuses, no finger-pointing.
Values Fit
This role requires someone who embodies Extreme Ownership and Relentless Execution. You take full accountability for outcomes. You ship on time, every time. You make measurable progress every day.
Compensation
• Base salary: $180,000 - $220,000 (salary dependent on role relevant experience and perceived impact)
• 10% annual performance bonus
• Equity
• Comprehensive benefits
This is a fully remote role, targeting candidates based in the US.
