The RoleXBOW is looking for a Creative Director to define and execute the creative foundation of the brand. This is a high-impact, hands-on role where you will shape how XBOW looks, sounds, and tells its story across every surface, from product launches and campaigns to web, social, and content.
As one of the earliest marketing hires, you’ll directly influence how the company presents itself to the world and establish the creative standards that scale with the business.
What You’ll DoOwn XBOW’s visual identity, voice, tone, and storytelling systems across all channels.
Set and maintain creative direction for campaigns, launches, web experiences, social content, and brand moments.
Personally execute high-impact creative work in early stages, including concepting, design, and copy.
Develop creative frameworks and guidelines that allow the brand to scale without losing quality or clarity.
Creative Execution & Collaboration
Partner closely with Social Media and Organic Growth to ensure creative drives distribution and engagement.
Translate technical product and research breakthroughs into compelling, accessible narratives.
Lead external designers, writers, agencies, or studios as needed.
Act as the final bar for creative quality, taste, and cohesion.
Cross-Functional Leadership
Collaborate with Product Marketing, Growth, and Product teams to align creative with GTM priorities.
Work across the company and with leadership to evolve the brand as the company grows.
Ensure creative decisions balance speed, experimentation, and long-term brand equity.
8+ years of experience in brand, creative, or design leadership roles.
Strong portfolio demonstrating brand-building, systems thinking, and executional excellence.
Experience working at high-growth startups or category-defining companies.
Ability to operate hands-on while setting strategic creative direction.
Strong storytelling instincts across visual, written, and conceptual work.
Comfort working in ambiguity and making taste-driven decisions.
