Who We Are

Our mission is to make the world programmable. Sight is one of the key ways we understand the world, and soon this will be true for the software we use, too.

We’re building the tools, community, and resources needed to make the world programmable with artificial intelligence. Roboflow simplifies building and using computer vision models. Today, over 1M+ developers, including those from half the Fortune 100, use Roboflow’s machine learning open source and hosted tools. That includes counting cells to accelerate cancer research, improving construction site safety, digitizing floor plans, preserving coral reef populations, guiding drone flight, and much more.

Roboflow is supported by great customers and investors, having raised over $63 million from Y Combinator, Google Ventures, Craft Ventures, Sam Altman, Lachy Groom, amongst other leading software investors.

Roboflowers are passionate builders who value ownership, accountability, and a bias toward action. We're curious, hands-on with new tech, and prefer showing our work over talking about it. Many of us have a founder mindset and thrive in our high-autonomy environment.

What You'll Do

AI has fundamentally changed Marketing forever and creativity is the way to capitalize on the biggest landscape shift in our lifetime. In an algorithm driven world, high quality creative can go viral instantly and consistently. This role is critical to our growth and strategy in the new AI driven world.

Build Roboflow’s creative engine: Shape the voice, visual language, and storytelling style that define our presence across platforms. You’ll build the frameworks, templates, and rhythms that make our brand feel cohesive and unmistakably ours.

Run high-impact launches: Architect the creative approach behind product announcements, research releases, and company moments, transforming them into events that drive attention, conversation, and excitement.

Own production end-to-end: Personally produce high quality media. Everything from fast-turnaround explainer cuts to beautifully crafted brand pieces. You can work scrappy when needed and cinematic when it matters.

Lead with taste and creative direction: Guide agencies and freelancers with clear briefs, references, and creative standards. You know how to bring out great work from collaborators and maintain a high bar across every output.

Grow our owned audience: Develop programming that audiences want to return to with recurring formats, episodic concepts, and media that earns attention through consistency, not gimmicks.

Improve speed, quality, and craft: Shape processes that allow us to produce more media without lowering standards. You understand how to move fast and still deliver work that feels intentional and polished.

Who You Are

Seasoned creative background. You’ve worked in creative agencies or production studios and understand how ideas move from concept to finished work.

Expert in video. Comfortable behind and in front of the camera, with strong editing, shooting, lighting, and sound instincts.

Taste-driven storyteller. You have a refined sense of pacing, framing, narrative and know what makes media feel premium.

Platform savvy. You understand how to design content for YouTube, TikTok, X, LinkedIn, and beyond. You know each ecosystem’s language.

High-output operator. You can manage multiple creative threads at once and keep quality high under tight timelines.

Collaborative and communicative. Clear feedback, strong opinions held lightly, and an ability to work across teams.

Business savvy. You understand how our creative strategy drives our product and business context. Genuinely excited about AI and the people building the future with it.
