We’re hiring a Creative Director to lead and oversee all creative output across our portfolio of brands. This role sits at the intersection of vision, storytelling, and execution—responsible for shaping how our brands show up in the world through design, photography, campaigns, and content.

Reporting to the SVP of Creative & Brand, you’ll set the creative direction and drive cohesion across six distinctive brands, leading a talented team that includes the Head of Art Direction, Copywriter, and Creative Production Managers. You’ll guide everything from brand campaigns and photoshoot concepting to creative process and team culture, ensuring Havenly’s family of brands continues to set the standard for thoughtful, modern, and inspiring design storytelling.

What You’ll Do

Creative Leadership

  • Define and own the creative vision for Havenly Brands, ensuring each brand maintains a distinctive yet cohesive identity within our portfolio.
  • Lead the creative organization—including art direction, copywriting, and production—fostering an environment of collaboration, inspiration, and excellence.
  • Partner with senior brand, marketing, and merchandising leaders to translate business strategy into breakthrough creative that drives engagement and growth.
  • Evolve brand systems, tone, and storytelling across all channels—digital, print, retail, and experiential.

Photoshoot Direction & Campaign Execution

  • Oversee all photoshoots and creative production across brands, guiding concepting, styling, and on-set execution.
  • Collaborate with the Head of Art Direction and production teams to develop visual narratives that align with brand positioning and audience insights.
  • Manage creative pre- and post-production workflows, ensuring high-quality, on-brand deliverables.

Team Leadership & Development

  • Manage, mentor, and inspire a cross-disciplinary creative team—including the Head of Art Direction, Copywriter, and Production Managers—ensuring clarity, alignment, and creative growth.
  • Build scalable systems, tools, and processes to support consistency and efficiency across creative teams and brands.
  • Foster a culture of innovation, curiosity, and creative excellence that empowers team members to bring bold ideas forward.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Partner closely with Marketing, Merchandising, and Product teams to ensure creative aligns with broader business and brand objectives.
  • Present creative strategy and campaign concepts to executive leadership, articulating rationale and impact with confidence and clarity.
  • Stay ahead of cultural and industry trends, ensuring Havenly Brands remains a creative leader in the home and lifestyle space.
What You’ll Bring
  • 10+ years of creative leadership experience, ideally across lifestyle, interiors, or consumer brands.
  • Proven success leading multi-brand creative teams and senior-level talent.
  • Deep expertise in art direction, campaign development, brand identity, and photography production.
  • Strong conceptual thinking paired with an exceptional eye for detail and design craft.
  • A portfolio that showcases brand storytelling, campaign innovation, and cross-channel creative excellence.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and collaboration skills—you inspire, guide, and advocate for great creative work.
  • A passion for interiors, aesthetics, and building brands that resonate emotionally and visually.
Additional Details
  • Full-time, exempt role based in Denver, CO or New York, NY; onsite 4–5 days/week.
  • Travel required for photoshoots, events, and cross-brand initiatives.
