As a Creative Director, you will lead the creative direction of digital marketing campaigns across visual content, advertising, web experiences, and brand communications. You will translate marketing strategies into compelling creative concepts and ensure that work is both visually strong and aligned with client objectives.

You will collaborate with designers, copywriters, marketers, web teams, and account managers to develop high-quality creative work from concept through delivery.

WHAT YOU WILL DO
  • Define creative direction for digital marketing campaigns, brand initiatives, and client projects.

  • Lead the development of creative concepts across advertising, social media, websites, email, and other digital channels.

  • Review and provide feedback on creative work to ensure quality, consistency, and alignment with campaign objectives.

  • Translate client goals and marketing strategies into clear creative briefs and actionable direction.

  • Guide designers, copywriters, and other creative contributors throughout the production process.

  • Partner with performance, content, SEO, and marketing teams to create integrated campaigns.

  • Stay current with design, advertising, digital content, and creative industry trends.

  • Present creative concepts and recommendations to clients and internal stakeholders.

  • Help establish and maintain creative standards, processes, and brand guidelines across projects.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
  • 6+ years of experience in creative direction, art direction, graphic design, advertising, or a related field.

  • Strong portfolio demonstrating creative leadership across digital marketing projects.

  • Excellent understanding of branding, visual communication, digital advertising, and creative strategy.

  • Experience leading creative projects and providing clear, constructive feedback to designers and other creatives.

  • Strong understanding of how creative concepts contribute to marketing and business objectives.

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.

  • Ability to manage multiple projects, priorities, and deadlines in a fast-paced agency environment.

NICE TO HAVE

Experience with digital agencies, performance marketing, UX/UI, motion design, video production, AI-assisted creative tools, or managing distributed creative teams.
