Job Description
About the role
Nexthink is looking for a strategic, hands-on Creative Director to lead the next chapter of our brand and creative function. You'll own our visual identity and creative standards, and make sure the Nexthink brand shows up clearly and consistently across every customer and employee touchpoint. You'll turn business goals into creative work that builds awareness, drives demand, and helps us grow - while building the team and processes to scale it.
Why this role matters
As a category leader in Digital Employee Experience, how we look, sound, and tell our story shapes how the market understands us. This role sits at the center of that story. You'll be a key partner to Marketing, Product Marketing, Growth, Communications, and Executive Leadership - raising the quality and impact of our creative while making it easier for a growing organization to produce great work at pace.
What you'll do
  • Own and evolve our visual identity, brand system, and creative standards across every channel and touchpoint.
  • Translate business and go-to-market strategy into creative concepts that support launches, demand generation, conversion, and thought leadership.
  • Lead creative direction for integrated campaigns from concept through production and delivery.
  • Keep the brand consistent across web, digital and lifecycle marketing, paid media, social, events, sales enablement, and executive communications.
  • Partner with executive leadership on keynotes, investor-facing materials, and major company announcements.
  • Manage external agencies, production partners, and freelancers to extend the team's capacity.
  • Build and lead a multidisciplinary creative team (e.g., graphic and motion design) - hiring, mentoring, and giving day-to-day direction.
  • Establish scalable creative processes - intake, prioritization, and resource allocation - that help the team keep pace with company growth.
  • Stay hands-on where it counts, contributing directly to high-visibility work when needed.

Qualifications
What we're looking for
  • 8+ years in creative leadership, brand design, or art direction, with growing responsibility for teams and cross-functional work. (Equivalent depth of experience matters more than the exact number of years.)
  • A strong portfolio showing brand systems, integrated campaigns, and digital experiences.
  • Experience leading a creative team and managing external agencies or vendors.
  • A track record of connecting creative strategy to business goals and measurable outcomes.
  • Excellent creative direction, visual design judgment, and brand storytelling.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder skills - you can align and influence senior partners across marketing, product, and revenue.
  • Comfort managing multiple priorities and shifting needs in a scaling environment.

Nice to have
  • Experience building or evolving a brand within B2B SaaS, technology, or another high-growth company.
  • Familiarity with modern marketing channels, digital design, and creative production workflows.
  • Experience partnering on employer branding or executive/investor communications.

What you'll get to build and influence
  • A defining moment for the Nexthink brand - your work will shape how the category sees us.
  • The creative team, systems, and standards of a scaling enterprise SaaS company.
  • Direct partnership with senior leaders and visibility for high-impact work.
