Job DescriptionAs a Creative Designer, you will craft eye catching assets for our website, app, social media, CRM and broadcast.
You will be the visual playmaker turning ideas into engaging and interactive designs that captivate our audience and elevate our brand.
With a strong eye for detail and a solid foundation in marketing, preferably with a flair for sports, you will collaborate with our talented team of Brand Managers, Art Directors, Copywriters, and fellow Designers.
This role is eligible for inclusion in the Company’s hybrid working from home policy.
The salary range for this position is $70,000 - $85,000 annually.
Qualifications- Strong portfolio demonstrating your diverse design work and experience.
- Proficiency in Fimga, Sketch, Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, AfterEffects), and Microsft Suite (Word, Powerpoint, Excel)
- Experience with Project Management tools, Digital Asset Management, and AI features and tools.
- Motion and video experience, especially short form edits and animations that keep the audience engaged.
- Expert understanding of color, typography, composition, layout, and brand storytelling.
- Proactive, detail-oriented mindset that can deliver pixel-perfect creative work under tight deadlines.
- Ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects in a fast-paced environment while adapating to changes on the fly.
- Interest in sports, casino, sportsbook, and other trending topics relevant to our industry.
- Excellent communication skills and a collaborative design approach.
- A degree in graphic design, interactive design, or a related field.
- Designing creative materials for the North American Region across various channels including website, app, organic and paid social, CRM, and broadcast.
- Collaborating with the Art Director and Brand Team to support creative initiatives, strategy, ideation, design, and overall workflow.
- Applying strategic thinking to visualize ideas and concepts, effectively communicating them to internal stakeholders, partners, and customers.
- Assisting with the evolution of brand guidelines and ensuring your final creative is consistent and upholds the brand standards.
- Staying up to date on the latest trends in sports, casino, and sportsbook to ensure our designs are fresh and relevant.
