About this role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Creative and Brand Manager to lead the development and execution of our corporate brand and creative strategy. This role will be central to shaping how our company is seen across all channels and ensuring a consistent, compelling visual and messaging presence. The Creative and Brand Manager will collaborate closely with marketing, product, and executive leadership to maintain brand integrity and deliver creative that drives awareness, engagement, and growth.

This position reports into the Marketing Organization.

Candidates will be required to show a portfolio of work samples.


Requirements

Responsibilities

●       Serve as a steward of the corporate brand, ensuring consistency and excellence across all creative expressions.

●       Direct and oversee from concept through execution the following: graphic design, marketing collateral, white papers, case studies, solutions briefs, tradeshow materials, and advertising projects.

●       Manage video production, including scripting, storyboarding, and creative oversight.

●       Manage external branding and consulting resources, ensuring their contributions align with the overall creative direction.

●       Drive content production across multimedia channels to support campaigns and initiatives.

●       Manage design direction and creative assets for the company’s web properties.

●       Provide graphics for social media, lead generation campaigns, and other marketing initiatives.

●       Supply creative assets and design support for internal departments across the organization.

●       Manage the company’s asset library, ensuring assets are organized, up-to-date, and accessible.

Qualifications

●       Must be US-based and able to work during US business hours.

●       8+ years of progressive experience in creative direction and design management.

●       Experience developing and executing creative at an ad agency, in-house creative department, or freelancing/consulting.

●       Proven expertise in brand stewardship and the ability to align creative with business goals.

●       Demonstrated success managing external agencies, freelancers, and consulting resources.

●       Expertise in digital design, web property management, and asset governance.

●       Expert user of Figma, Adobe design applications, Microsoft PowerPoint

●       Ability to pivot and iterate on designs based on stakeholder feedback.

●       Self-motivated and able to work independently while providing cross-functional support.

●       Excellent written and oral communication and presentation skills.

●       Familiarity with B2B technology. Experience in Media & Entertainment is a plus.
