Clinitiative Health Research is seeking a talented and detail-oriented CPA Bookkeeper with expertise in QuickBooks to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing financial records, ensuring the accuracy of financial data, and providing valuable insights to support our operational efforts. Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records using QuickBooks.
- Handle accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely processing of invoices and payments.
- Prepare monthly financial statements, reports, and general ledger reconciliations.
- Assist in budget preparation and monitoring, ensuring adherence to budgetary guidelines.
- Conduct financial analysis and provide insights to improve operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with external auditors during annual audits and ensure compliance with relevant accounting standards.
- Maintain financial files and documentation for easy retrieval and reference.
Requirements
Qualifications:
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) designation required.
