Lead Coupa consulting engagements involving selection, transformation, implementation, configuration, integrations, testing, supplier enablement, and go-live support. Advise stakeholders across Coupa modules, architect ERP integrations using REST APIs and Talend Studio, improve processes and reduce costs, and contribute to AI-enabled solutions, recruiting, business development, and practice initiatives. Travel domestically 30%–50%.

What You'll Do:
- Advise key stakeholders through selection, transformation, implementation, and configuration of Coupa. Our consultants are hands-on involved in full-scale implementation, project management, change management, requirements and design, process improvement, chart of account redesign, testing, integration enablement support, oversee supplier enablement, and best practices
- Utilize a broad array of technical experience encompassing the full Coupa suite –Procurement, Payables, Expenses and Asset Management
- Contribute to developing and implementing firm-approved, AI-enabled solutions for clients, in accordance with company policies on data protection, intellectual property, and professional standards.
- Stay informed about emerging AI tools and techniques and collaborate with firm leadership to identify compliant opportunities to enhance client solutions and internal processes.
- Contribute beyond client delivery, engaging in various activities such as recruiting, shadowing opportunities, marketing, business development, practice development, and operational improvement initiatives
- Implement performance improvement and cost-reduction initiatives to drive operational efficiencies
What You'll Bring:
- 5+ years of consulting and/or relevant industry experience with functional/technical proficiency with implementation of at least one module within a financial system solution (i.e. Coupa, SAP, NetSuite, Ariba, etc.)
- Experience with configuration in least two end-to-end implementations
- Experience in designing and facilitating setup and configuration of one or more modules
- Expertise in designing, leading, and architecting complex multi-cloud-based system integration solutions, with a focus on ERP systems
- Hands on experience developing automated integrations, and solution architecture with ETL tools to extract and integrate data
- Proven track record in developing RESTful API-based integrations between multiple endpoints using Talend Studio, ensuring efficient data flow and connectivity
- Comfort with AI: Demonstrated ability to responsibly explore and adopt firm-approved AI tools to enhance productivity and innovation.
- Continuous Learning Mindset: Openness to learning and applying emerging technologies including AI and automation in alignment with firm policies and client standards.
- Ability to handle multiple deadline-driven, project-critical client engagements, including training and go-live activities, while effectively guiding customer expectations and ensuring project timelines and deliverable quality
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Information Technology, Finance, Accounting, or similar discipline
- Coupa certification preferred
- Willingness to travel domestically 50-75% for project milestones; travel varies based on client preferences
