About the Role
We’re looking for a Corporate Strategy Manager to support the Chief of Staff / Head of Business Operations. This is a high visibility role with exposure across the business. You will be responsible for leading our quarterly OKR and goal-setting process, tracking performance across the business, supporting the Board and key stakeholders, and conducting ad hoc analyses. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to get more operational at a high growth tech company.
What we’re looking for
- 3-5 years of experience in Corporate Strategy, Investment Banking, PE/VC, or Management Consulting
- Experience working with senior leaders / executive teams
- Strong financial modeling and data analytics skills
- Strategic agility, intellectual curiosity, and a data-driven mindsight
- Detail oriented and can balance many competing priorities
- Strong executive level presence and communication skills
- Can work cross-functionally and with limited oversight
- Ability to create high quality briefing materials, business cases, and analyses
- Comfortable with ambiguity and can jump in to solve problems quickly
What you’ll be working on
- Own quarterly OKR process (planning, alignment, and reporting)
- Identify and drive process improvements across the business
- Use analytical skillset to bring data driven hypotheses to senior leaders
- Lead ad hoc strategic initiatives across the business
- Support Board, investor, and key partner meetings
- Create high quality materials and analyses that facilitate strategic decisions
- Get in the weeds to find ways to improve our products and features
- Build relationships and trust cross-functionally to support the company’s goals
