The Strategic Sourcing Manager for Corporate services spend will be responsible for developing and executing sourcing strategies for non-production goods and services across TTM global operations. This role will manage a portfolio across multiple Corporate Services categories such as: Office Equipment, Shop Supplies, Software, Direct Consumables, etc. The role will also support the Human Resources, Information Technology, Finance, and Travel functions on optimizing external support for goods and services.
Overall objective will be to drive cost optimization, supplier consolidation, risk reduction, service level and process improvements while ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements (ITAR, EAR, FAR/DFARS, CMMC, AS9100, NIST, etc.) as well as corporate policies and procedures. This is a highly visible position that requires both strategic thinking and tactical execution, partnering with internal stakeholders across all business units to deliver measurable value.
This is a full-time position in which the candidate can work remotely. Weekly domestic travel to TTM Sites, up to 25-50% of the time may be required.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Strategic Sourcing/Category Management:
- Develop and execute comprehensive category strategies for assigned corporate services indirect spend categories including but not limited to:
- Travel & Hospitality Services
- HR Services (recruiting, training, benefits administration)
- Global Logistics
- Professional Services (consulting, legal, technical services) and, or
- Information Technology (software, hardware, SaaS, cloud services)
- Conduct comprehensive spend analysis to identify consolidation opportunities, maverick spend, and cost reduction initiatives
- Own end-to-end strategic sourcing strategy, including RFP/RFI design, supplier selection, negotiation, contracting, and performance governance
- Establish and drive category management frameworks and total cost of ownership models to prioritize sourcing opportunities and capture sustainable savings
- Design and implement enterprise asset lifecycle policies to improve utilization, compliance, and lifecycle cost control
- Lead negotiations with key suppliers on agreements inclusive of pricing, terms and conditions, vendor managed inventory, payment terms, etc.
- Partner with legal, security, and compliance teams to ensure contracts meet regulatory requirements and minimize organizational risk
- Drive stakeholder engagement and alignment across departments to embed procurement strategies into budgeting, sourcing, and project planning
Supplier Management
- Develop strategic relationships with strategic Corporate Services indirect suppliers at multiple organizational levels
- Lead supplier business reviews to drive continuous improvement in quality, delivery, technology and cost performance through Supplier Performance Review (SPR)
- Monitor supplier financial health and develop risk mitigation plans for critical service providers
- Drive supplier diversity initiatives ensuring compliance with government requirements (SDB, SDVOSB, WOSB, HUBZone, etc.)
Success Metrics:
- Annual cost avoidance and realized savings target (e.g., multimillion-dollar savings delivered year-over-year)
- Reduction in procurement cycle time and lead time metrics
- Vendor performance improvement (on-time delivery, SLA adherence, issue resolution time)
- Asset utilization and compliance rates; reduction in obsolete inventory and total lifecycle cost
- Supplier Consolidation/Reduction
Essential Knowledge and Skills:
- Demonstrate ability to influence and close complex agreements in pricing, terms & contract negotiations across multiple projects and programs
- Expert knowledge of strategic sourcing methodologies, category management, developing supplier relationships, supplier development, and supplier risk management
- Adept in total cost management, cost modeling, and should-cost analysis
- Asset lifecycle management and software asset management
- Ability to work well in a high-paced, dynamic and matrix environment, and handle multiple projects simultaneously
- Proficiency in spend analysis tools and ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar)
- Proficiency with commonly used applications: Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Cognos, SharePoint, etc.
- Understanding of FAR/DFARS and government contracting requirements
- Analytical thinking: Ability to analyze complex data sets and translate insights into actionable strategies
- Financial acumen: Understanding of cost structures, pricing models, and P&L impact
- Proven track record of delivering measurable cost savings, implementing enterprise sourcing programs and process improvements in indirect categories
Required Education and Experience:
Education: Bachelor’s degree required; master’s degree preferred. Preference for degrees in Supply Chain Management, Business Management / Administration, Economics, and/or Engineering. Preferred: Supply Chain Professional Certifications from industry recognized organizations (e.g. CPSM, CSCP, CPIM, CSCMP, CPL, CPCM, etc.), and/or PMI-PMP, Six Sigma Green/Black Belt, IAITAM or Certified Software/Asset Management credentials.
Experience: 8-12+ years of category management and strategic sourcing experience, or related experience; A&D Industry experience highly preferred. Demonstrated expertise with Lean, Six Sigma, or similar continuous improvement methodologies.

Compensation for roles at TTM Technologies varies depending on a wide array of factors including but not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set and level of experience. As required by local law, TTM provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in New York, California and Colorado. For California-based roles, compensation ranges are based upon specific physical locations.
