We are seeking a mid-level associate with at least 3 years of public company reporting and compliance, capital markets and/or corporate governance experience to join our thriving business group.  The Corporate & Securities group’s practice focuses on public company reporting and compliance, capital markets transactions, and corporate governance for companies in a broad range of industries, as well as corporate, governance and transactional matters for private companies.

This position is eligible for an annual discretionary bonus, 401(k) plan, medical, dental, and vision insurance, personal medical and parental leave, up to ten paid Holidays, and family care benefits. More information regarding benefits and programs may be found here

Compensation range: $260,000 to $390,000 annually. Compensation depends on qualifications and experience.
