Your Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support for Corporate Sales team to achieve or exceed sales and revenue targets.

  • Conduct thorough and timely system research based on individual account or team needs.

  • Produce effective documentation and/ or presentation of data to support sales efforts.

  • Generate ad-hoc reports for internal and external usage.

  • Participate in varying assignments that uncover potential for new opportunities to drive revenue growth.

  • Effectively multi-task and support the implementation of continued improvement initiatives and best practices.

Your Experience, Skills & Competencies

  • 4-Year Degree desired or Equivalent Work Experience Required.

  • Demonstrated experience in multi-tasking and prioritization of incoming work.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Products, with strengths in Excel (Picot tables and V-Lookup)

  • Analytical

  • Organized

  • Self-Driven and Detail Oriented

  • Professional

  • Strong Presentation Skills

  • Knowledge of / ability to quickly learn sales systems and resources utilized- Salesforce, Zoom Info, Cvent Lanyon, Microsoft Office Products.

  • Ability for travel – up to 10%.

Your Team

This is an individual contributor role that will report to the Corporate Director of Sales. You will have 13+ sellers you support and collaborate with as well as cross-functional departments on a regular basis.

Your Work Location

As our Corporate Sales Support Representative, you will be a remote-based associate, working from your home office. You will be required to connect virtually with Choice team members and leadership on video via Zoom, with possible periodic travel in-person to our beautiful, state-of-the-art worldwide offices in North Bethesda, MD, Scottsdale, AZ, or St. Louis Park, MN. Frequent nationwide travel will be required 10% of the time to visit conventions or attend Global Sales meetings.

Salary Range

The salary range for this position is $49,000 to $60,000 annually. In addition to the annual salary, this role is eligible for a quarterly bonus based on the terms of Choice’s Incentive Plan.

The pay range listed is for this position and is what Choice Hotels reasonably expects to pay. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range, and the range may be modified in the future. An employee’s pay position within the pay range will be based on several factors including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, shift, travel requirements, sales or revenue-based metrics, and business or organizational needs.
