We are looking for a remote Corporate Recruiter with full lifecycle recruiting experience including talent sourcing, interviewing, and identifying excellent candidates for our Business Development (BD) team and upcoming pipeline of work. The Corporate Recruiter will collaborate with program managers, teaming partners, and the BD team on a regular basis and proactively identify qualified candidates for all hiring needs. Our ideal Recruiter will have a strong recruiting background with experience in federal consulting. The chosen candidate will focus on identifying candidates for upcoming Key Personnel needs, understanding the BD pipeline to proactively source, and ensuring candidates sign letters of commitment or contingent offers needed for Trilogy to grow.
This role is remote, and we have a strong preference for candidates local to the DC metro area to attend ad hoc or quarterly meetings, and potential career fairs.
Primary Responsibilities:
Execute the full lifecycle recruitment process, providing best-in-class recruiting support across all lines of business (Federal Financial Management, Program Management, and Information Technology).
Partner with Business Development and hiring teams to develop a deep understanding of future hiring needs, Key Personnel required for new proposals, pre-award staffing, and the competencies that will best align candidates to open positions.
Identify qualified talent through creative sourcing methods to include passive candidate identification on LinkedIn and Indeed, professional networking, employee referrals, and posted jobs.
Follow the recruitment process established in Trilogy’s applicant tracking system (Lever).
- Successfully execute contingent offers and Letters of Intent/Letters of Commitment for Key Personnel.
Coordinate development of well-written job descriptions with program managers/hiring managers.
Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and the hiring team.
Manage and source multiple job requisitions concurrently.
Assess applicants’ relevant knowledge, soft skills, experience, and aptitudes while progressing qualified candidates through the recruitment process.
Evaluate all candidates fairly and ensure they meet all minimum requirements of each role.
Maintain excellent communication with candidates that are being considered for future or current positions.
Support billable recruiting needs, depending on bandwidth.
Minimum Requirements:
Bachelor's degree
3+ years' recruiting experience
Federal/government contract recruiting experience
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Demonstrated experience in technical, program management, and/or corporate recruiting
Effective negotiation and strong candidate closing skills
Strong sense of urgency and attention to detail; the ability to adapt and make decisions based on available information; and the motivation to creatively address recruiting challenges
Extensive knowledge of applicant tracking software applications
Ability to develop a large, diverse, and well qualified applicant pool using multiple angles of approach
Familiarity with online job boards/websites
Adapting to and enhancing a highly collaborative and cooperative culture.
Preferred Qualifications:
Preference for candidates local to the DC metro area to attend ad hoc or quarterly meetings, and potential career fairs.
Working experience with Lever ATS
Previous recruiting experience with federal healthcare agencies such as VA, VHA, VBA, DHA, NIH, etc.
Strong passive candidate sourcing skills a plus (Boolean)
Certified Internet Recruiter (CIR) certification
