Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • 5+ years of experience as a corporate paralegal, with a focus on M&A, financing, and/or private equity transactions, as well as corporate governance and entity formation.
  • Working knowledge of corporate formalities and entity management across jurisdictions.
  • Strong legal drafting skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple assignments and deadlines in a fast-paced environment, escalating issues as appropriate.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • High attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.

Benefits
  • The target salary for this position is $120,000 - $140,000 based on a 37.5 hour work week. Hours worked over 40 hours in any week are paid at time and a half. Salary determinations are based on numerous factors, such as, but not limited to, the relevant market and the skill, experience, class or graduation year, and education of the selected candidate.
