As a Corporate FP&A Manager you will be responsible to assist development of company level financial and business plans and prepare clear and insightful reporting and mentorship for executive forums. You will collaborate with Finance, Corporate Strategy, Business Units, Engineering and Operations leadership to develop and assess financial targets and goals consistent with company plans. Help measure and report ongoing performance of company financial goals and targets. Additionally, they will help develop insights for finance partners to help drive awareness of financial opportunities and help finance influence business priorities and execution.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop corporate financial projections: Assist with the development, maintenance, and accuracy of corporate financial projection systems, ensuring that processes and calendars are followed diligently and deliverables are met on time.

  • Consolidate corporate business plans: Work with business and finance leaders to consolidate, review, and challenge all plan assumptions, ensuring alignment, accountability, and transparency in the business planning process.

  • Prepare executive and board reports and monitor critical metrics: Prepare accurate and timely corporate finance executive and board financial reporting, including analytics for investor and board communications. Develop, track, and report on a variety of company-wide critical financial metrics and key performance indicators to monitor corporate health and guide strategic direction.

  • Collaborate across functional areas: Work with global finance and other business partners to provide insightful financial analysis, drive operational improvements, and optimize financial performance at the corporate level.

  • Enable value-creating decisions and Improve in execution: Provide leadership and guidance to ensure that the organization's decision-making is supported with timely, relevant, and actionable financial information and recommendations. Identify, champion, and implement improvements in execution throughout the financial planning and analysis function, crafting more efficient and effective workflows.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Finance or related field with 7+ years of finance related experience

  • Outstanding business and financial competence, with a keen understanding of P&L, cash flow, and balance sheet dynamics within a large corporate environment.

  • Strong process orientation, capable of designing, maintaining, and improving disciplined process calendars and managing multiple priorities under tight deadlines.

  • Proficiency in using operational and financial systems, financial modeling tools (including P&L and cash flow models), and return on investment/portfolio analysis concepts.

  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to distill complex financial information into clear, actionable insights for diverse audiences, including executives and the board.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Post-graduate degree in Finance or Business.

  • Strong analytical skills with a diligent approach, ensuring the integrity and accuracy of financial reporting and analysis.

  • Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills, with the ability to work effectively across functional and organizational boundaries.
