About The TeamThis team is responsible for supporting the Company’s strategic decision-making through long-range planning, investor relations, and strategic finance. The team partners across nearly every function at Life360 to provide data-driven insights that enable growth and efficiency. This role will report to the Director of Corporate Finance under the Strategic Finance team.
About the JobAs a Corporate Finance Senior Manager, you will serve as a key analytical partner to Life360's leadership team — supporting senior leaders both within and outside the Finance organization — enabling decision-making and execution across the company's most critical strategic priorities. You will have primary ownership of our Long-Range Planning process with critical support across Investor Relations and Strategic Finance, providing rigorous analysis, frameworks, and insights that shape resource allocation, investment decisions, and long-term strategic direction. This role combines deep analytical rigor with executive communication, requiring someone who can translate complex financial scenarios into compelling narratives and immerse themselves in all aspects of Life360's operations.The ideal candidate should have an innate attention to detail, excellent financial modeling skills, a strong analytical mindset, exceptional written and verbal communication skills, and thrives in a dynamic, results-oriented work environment.
The US-based salary range for this position is $145,000 to $211,000. We take into consideration an individual's background and experience in determining final salary - therefore, base pay offered may vary considerably depending on geographic location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The compensation package includes a wide range of medical, dental, vision, financial, and other benefits, as well as equity.
What You’ll DoSupport the company’s Strategic Finance, Investor Relations, Long-Range Planning, and Corporate Development activities
Long Range Planning
- Own the development and continuous refinement of Life360's Long-Range Plan to inform strategic decisions for the executive team and the board, including financial impacts under various scenarios
- Synthesize LRP outputs into clear, compelling narratives and frameworks that drive resource allocation, investment decisions, and long-term strategic direction
- Partner with Strategic Finance and business leaders to translate strategic priorities into financial targets for annual planning
- Maintain an exceptional level of attention to detail in financial modeling, reporting, and analysis, producing work that consistently withstands rigorous scrutiny from the executive team, board, and investors
Corporate Development and Strategic Analysis Support
- Provide ad-hoc analytical support for corporate development activities, including financing, M&A due diligence, strategic analysis, and board material preparation
- Support modeling of strategic partnerships supporting business development and partnership teams
Investor Relations
- Partner with various stakeholders and executives to develop investor presentations, supporting documents and analyses for external messaging, and other relevant materials required for quarterly reporting and investor communications
- Own messaging development and quarterly earnings presentations, including data-driven insights
Strategic Finance Operations
- Collaborate across Strategic Finance, Accounting, Data Analytics, Marketing and other groups across Life360
- Support the Strategic Finance function, including presentation preparation, and other ad-hoc business needs
- Leverage emerging AI tools and technologies to enhance analytical capabilities, improve workflow efficiency, and accelerate insight generation
- 5+ years of experience across or in a combination of top-tier management consulting, investment banking, private equity or internal corporate finance or development at a high-growth technology company
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Engineering, or a related analytical field; MBA or advanced degree preferred but not required
- B2C subscription or B2B SaaS business model experience highly preferred, with demonstrated experience building complex financial models, cohort analysis, and translation complex data into actionable insights
- Strong analytical, problem-solving and critical thinking paired with intellectual curiosity and aptitude in picking up new technical skills
- Meticulous attention to detail, with a proven track record of delivering error-free analyses and recommendations that inspire confidence across stakeholders
- Ability to influence strategy and translate strategy into financial models to influence and support decision making - must think beyond finance
- Extremely proactive with a structured approach to problem-solving, comfortable with ambiguity, and able to communicate clearly and effectively in fast-paced environments
- Collaborative by nature with a history of working effectively with with a diverse set of teams and stakeholders – building strong relationships across all levels of an organization
- Comfort and familiarity with a fast-paced and dynamic work environment, with the ability to step up during ambiguous times and take on new challenges while driving continuous improvement
- Track record of delivering high-quality work products under tight timelines while managing multiple competing priorities
- Expert level financial modeling and Excel skills required; experience with data analysis tools and business intelligence platforms is a plus
- Experience with financial planning systems (Causal, Adaptive, Anaplan, etc.), AI LLMs (e.g. Claude), and data visualization/BI tools (e.g. Tableau) a plus. Must have a desire to learn.
