Role Summary
We are looking for a Corporate Development Associate to support post‑acquisition integrations across Anderson Global. This role will focus on project managing integrations end‑to‑end, coordinating cross‑functional stakeholders, and ensuring deliverables are tracked and executed on time. The role is hands‑on, highly collaborative, and critical to the successful integration of newly acquired businesses globally.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and project manage post‑acquisition integrations from close through stabilization
- Chair and run cross‑functional integration meetings, setting agendas and tracking actions
- Coordinate closely with acquired businesses and internal Anderson Global teams (Finance, HR, IT, Operations, etc.)
- Track integration deliverables, timelines, and dependencies across workstreams
- Proactively follow up on outstanding actions and ensure accountability
- Identify risks, bottlenecks, and delays, and escalate issues where required
- Support continuous improvement of integration playbooks, templates, and processes
- Provide clear status updates and reporting to senior stakeholders

Requirements
Required Experience & Skills
- 3–4 years of post‑college work experience
- Background in strategy consulting, operations, corporate development, or a similar project‑driven role
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders and workstreams
- Comfortable leading meetings and driving discussions with senior and cross‑functional teams
- Highly organized, detail‑oriented, and proactive in follow‑ups
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work across time zones and cultures in a global environment
Preferred / Nice to Have
- Exposure to M&A, post‑merger integration, or transformation projects
- Experience working in or supporting international organizations
- Familiarity with professional services or corporate services environments
