The Corporate Brand Content Strategist plays a key role in shaping and delivering that presence through digital storytelling, high-impact content campaigns, and real-time brand engagement.

Reporting into the Brand team and working in close collaboration with Corporate Communications, this role blends editorial strategy, social media fluency, and campaign coordination. The ideal candidate translates strategy into stories that are channel-aware, moment-driven, and brand-building including launching a global initiative or responding to a timely conversation in sleep health.

You’ll partner closely with Creative, Digital Marketing, and Strategic Partnerships to bring our corporate brand to life across platforms, connecting with audiences in ways that are relevant, modern, and emotionally resonant
Let’s talk about Responsibilities

  • Develop and deliver content strategies for corporate campaigns and brand moments, and always-on content, ensuring alignment across Brand, Comms, Creative, and Digital.

  • Partner with the social media team to identify and activate brandable moments, real-time engagement opportunities, and trends that fit our tone and priorities.

  • Own the corporate blog calendar, including planning, briefing, SEO alignment, approvals, and publishing cadence.

  • Translate strategic narratives into clear creative briefs; coordinate with Creative to produce high-quality, platform-appropriate assets.

  • Collaborate with Corporate Communications to align brand content with external and internal messaging, executive positioning, and reputation goals.

  • Work with Digital Marketing to ensure content is distributed, tagged, tracked, and optimized across paid and owned channels.

  • Coordinate with Strategic Partnerships to activate co-branded content and high-visibility collaborations.

  • Monitor performance metrics and social insights; provide monthly reporting with recommendations to improve engagement and impact.

  • Stay current on emerging content formats, social trends, and competitive brand behavior to inform Resmed’s voice in the market.

Let’s talk about Qualifications and Experience
Preferred:

  • 5+ years experience in brand content, social media strategy, or editorial planning within a digital-first environment.

  • Deep understanding of how brands show up in social channels, including platform nuances, audience dynamics, and real-time trends.

  • Experience spotting and capitalizing on organic brand moments and digital conversation opportunities.

  • Strong writing/editing skills and project management discipline; adept at managing calendars and complex approvals.

  • Proven success collaborating with Creative, Digital, Comms, and external agencies in matrixed environments.

  • Fluency with social analytics, publishing platforms, and content management systems; SEO familiarity.

  • Experience in regulated industries (healthcare, medtech, life sciences) preferred.

  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to align diverse stakeholders

Individual pay decisions are based on a variety of factors, such as the candidate’s geographic work location, relevant qualifications, work experience, and skills. 

At ResMed, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case.  A reasonable estimate of the current range for this position is: $116,000 - $145,000 - $174,000 USD.
