As Corporate Brand Communication Lead at Telix, you will be responsible for elevating the Telix brand narrative, profile and reputation with our key external stakeholders to build a strong and recognizable corporate brand that clearly represents the Telix business. The position will identify and execute on branding opportunities to build meaningful connections with stakeholders to communicate our purpose, values, and points of differentiation.
You will also be responsible for crafting and managing high-quality and timely external communications that support corporate initiatives and effectively communicate key business developments. The incumbent will act as the key point person for communication needs of the Telix group companies.
Key Accountabilities:
- Content creation and brand messaging
- Own the development and refinement of the corporate brand narrative and visual identity for Telix and group companies across our internal and external channels.
- Identify opportunities to elevate the Telix brand across key stakeholder groups including financial markets, healthcare professionals, patients and potential employees.
- Maintain brand voice and messaging consistency across all external communication channels.
- Work closely with marketing, medical and corporate communication team colleagues to plan and implement corporate brand and communication activities.
- Telix Brand elevation for the US market
- Identify and implement a strategy to increase visibility of the Telix Corporate Brand to stakeholders in the US, including owned and earned content, sponsorship and speaking engagements as part of a broader global strategy
- Manage Relationships with the company’s US PR agency and act as the in-house media relations contact point for US and European media
- Work with product marketing teams to ensure Telix Corporate Brand strategy is complementary to product, brand and marketing initiatives
- Telix Group Companies – Business Partner
- Act as the key point person within the communication team for Telix Manufacturing Solutions and its group companies (ARTMS, RLS and IsoTherapeutics) to develop and implement communication and branding strategies
- Contribute to Telix corporate communication planning to integrate the voice of Group companies into hollistic communications activities and streams including thought leadership content, social and digital media, website, and other external channels
- Develop collateral, website articles, press releases and other corporate communication materials as required
- Monitor industry trends and engagement analytics to refine content strategies.
- Social media & digital engagement
- Work closely with the Digital and Social Media manager to implement a cohesive social media and online presence for the Telix group of companies Manage corporate social media accounts for ARTMS and RLS, ensuring strategic content aligns with business priorities
- Develop social media campaigns to promote TMS and RLS news, research advancements, and milestones.
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Journalism, Public Relations, Marketing or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in corporate communications, content strategy, or external affairs, preferably in the pharmaceutical, biotech, or healthcare industries.
- Experience writing for scientific, healthcare, or highly regulated industries.
- Exceptional writing, editing, and storytelling skills with the ability to simplify complex topics.
- A history of strong stakeholder management, collaborating with executives, legal teams, and media professionals.
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Experience with digital content management systems (e.g., WordPress, HubSpot).
