Join a leading fintech company that’s democratizing finance for all.

Robinhood Markets was founded on a simple idea: that our financial markets should be accessible to all. With customers at the heart of our decisions, Robinhood and its subsidiaries and affiliates are lowering barriers and providing greater access to financial information. Together, we are building products and services that help create a financial system everyone can participate in.

With growth as the top priority...

The business is seeking curious, growth-minded thinkers to help shape our vision, structures and systems; playing a key-role as we launch into our ambitious future. If you’re invigorated by our mission, values, and drive to change the world — we’d love to have you apply.

We need a proactive and meticulous self-starter to join our Clearing Operations team, specializing in Corporate Actions. This position is vital for ensuring the accurate and timely processing of complex corporate action events, including dividends, reorganization events, class actions, and securities lending activities. You will be the connection between various business units, external counterparts, and internal systems to maintain operational efficiency.

This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to a growing, innovative company where ownership, collaboration, and continuous improvement are part of everyday work.

The role is located in the office location(s) listed on this job description which will align with our in-office working environment. Please connect with your recruiter for more information regarding our in-office philosophy and expectations.

What you’ll do
  • Handle end-to-end processing for corporate actions—dividends, splits, mergers, tender offers, and all the surprises in between.
  • Manage stock loan activity and adjustments, ensuring borrowers and lenders are accounted for accurately.
  • Track and resolve open liabilities using DTCC platforms like SMART Track and Claims Connect, and work directly with counterparties to wrap up outstanding items.
  • Collaborate with street counterparties, custodians, DTCC, and vendors to gather and validate event details.
  • Post adjustments, corrections, and entries directly in our proprietary brokerage systems.
  • Troubleshoot issues that come up—especially time-sensitive or high-impact events—and figure out solutions quickly.
  • Update and improve internal processes and documentation, so we can scale smarter, not just bigger.
What you bring
  • 3-5 years of experience in brokerage operations or a back-office environment.
  • Proficient working with corporate actions, stock loan, or custody teams.
  • Solid understanding of reorgs, class actions, and proxy processing (extra points if you’ve done it at scale).
  • Experience dealing with liability claims and working with stock loan counterparties.
  • Familiarity with platforms like Claims Connect, DTCC CA Web, or similar tools.
  • Strong attention to detail and follow-through—you don’t let things fall through the cracks.
  • Great communicator who can collaborate across teams and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
  • SIE license or Series 7 (or willingness to get it soon after joining).
What we offer
  • Market competitive and pay equity-focused compensation structure.
  • 100% paid health insurance for employees with 90% coverage for dependents.
  • Annual lifestyle wallet for personal wellness, learning and development, and more!
  • Lifetime maximum benefit for family forming and fertility benefits.
  • Dedicated mental health support for employees and eligible dependents.
  • Generous time away including company holidays, paid time off, sick time, parental leave, and more.
  • Lively office environment with catered meals, fully stocked kitchens, and geo-specific commuter benefits.

Base pay for the successful applicant will depend on a variety of job-related factors, which may include education, training, experience, location, business needs, or market demands. The expected salary range for this role is based on the location where the work will be performed and is aligned to one of 3 compensation zones. This role is also eligible to participate in a Robinhood bonus plan and Robinhood’s equity plan.
