About Us:
Grow Therapy is on a mission to serve as the trusted partner for therapists growing their practice, and patients accessing high-quality care. Powered by technology, we are a three-sided marketplace that empowers providers, augments insurance payors, and serves patients. Following the mass increase in depression and anxiety, the need for accessibility is more important than ever. To make our vision for mental healthcare a reality, we’re building a team of entrepreneurs and mission-driven go-getters. Since launching in February 2021, we’ve empowered more than ten thousand therapists and hundreds of thousands of clients across the country and insurance landscape. We’ve raised more than $178mm of funding from Sequoia Capital, Transformation Capital, TCV, SignalFire, and others.
The Opportunity:
We’re looking for an experienced Project Manager for our Shared Services team who is passionate about improving the landscape for mental healthcare. You’ll play an essential role in ensuring that our key priorities across a number of key functions (WFM, Inbound Sales, Customer Support, and other enablement teams) are tracked and executed. You’ll thrive in this role if you love building a project plan and working closely with business leaders to ensure objectives are delivered in a timely manner and at a high level of quality. As you get to know our internal teams and processes better, you’ll have the opportunity to expand your impact into different areas of the business.
You will be responsible for building and maintaining project plans for our key strategic deliverables in the Customer Operations and Shared Services Teams. This will involve researching, planning, and scoping out the overall deliverable, and working closely with key leaders to effectively measure the success of our implementations. This will require great communication skills as well as an eye for detail and organization in order to manage processes from start to finish. This will also require smooth collaboration with cross-functional team members. You will report into the Senior Director, Shared Services.
You should have a strong understanding of project management principles (gantt charts, RAPID/RACI frameworks, communication frameworks, etc.)
What You'll Be Doing:
- Build and maintain project plans to track key deliverables
- Design and execute communication frameworks for key projects for varying types of implementations (small team vs multi-team impacts)
- Own post project wrap up processes to ensure KPIs are met and maintenance protocols are in place to ensure long-term success of deliverables
- Collaborate closely with our Customer Support, Technology, and other Insurance Operations teams to ensure stellar operational performance and service while we scale
You'll Be a Good Fit if you are:
- 2-5 years of project management in a fast paced tech environment is preferred or previous experience with program management in a customer support org
- You’re able to structure project plans and identify gaps in advance, and you’re ready to recommend solutions to improve the project delivery
- You’ll be joining a team as the first project manager and we’ll look to you to help guide us on project management best practices and to introduce new tools to better track and communicate project statuses
- You’re collaborative by nature, relish in camaraderie and group wins, and are looked to by your colleagues as a steadfast partner and source of encouragement
- Previous experience with JIRA, Powerpoint, Excel, and/or other project management tools is preferred, but we prioritize capability over experience and are excited to invest in your professional growth
The base compensation range for this position is $90,844 - $111,000 USD.
The base compensation for this role will vary depending on several factors, including relevant experience, qualifications, and the candidate's working location.
