What you'll do:
Assist with the day-to-day execution of paid social campaigns across platforms like Meta, TikTok, Pinterest, Reddit, LinkedIn, and others. Work closely with senior team members to support workflow, ensure campaign accuracy, and contribute to planning, creative trafficking, monitoring, and reporting. Develop a solid understanding of each brand’s goals, audience behavior, and social media trends. This is an entry-level role designed to help build strong foundational experience in paid social advertising. A Coordinator generally has 0 - 2 years of experience and is entry-level at Spring & Bond.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Support the setup, launch, and maintenance of paid social campaigns, ensuring all components (audiences, budgets, placements, tracking) are accurately implemented.

  • Monitor campaign pacing, delivery, performance, and competitive shifts, flagging insights and optimization opportunities.

  • Assist in reviewing and trafficking creative assets and coordinating with internal or external partners on required updates.

  • Maintain organized records of campaign data, approvals, platform settings, and ongoing project statuses.

  • Help prepare reports and performance summaries, pulling platform metrics and identifying notable trends or issues.

  • Stay informed on paid social advertising policies and best practices, particularly within highly regulated categories.

  • Participate in platform research, identifying new features, formats, or behavioral shifts that could benefit clients.

Your Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree preferred

  • 0-2 year’s experience in Paid Social Marketing.

  • Knowledge of social platforms such as Meta, Reddit, Tiktok, LinkedIn, Snapchat, and X

  • Proficiency with Excel, PowerPoint, and Google Slides; experience with data visualization tools a plus (e.g., Looker Studio, Tableau)

  • Strong attention to detail, particularly when working with data or campaign accuracy.

  • Capable of managing multiple tasks and maintaining organization under tight timelines.

  • Desire to continually learn, improve, and grow within the media buying industry

  • Demonstrates professional verbal and written communication skills
