We have expectations — and so should you. We want to be clear on what’s expected from both sides.
You’re analytical, detail-oriented, and comfortable diving into data to uncover opportunities for improvement. You enjoy turning numbers into insights and insights into action — whether that’s optimizing a client’s site experience, spotting trends in KPIs, or preparing recommendations for a strategy presentation. You thrive in a collaborative environment, working closely with a Lead Strategist while also managing your own workload and delivering high-quality outputs on time.
You’re curious about the “why” behind performance metrics and motivated to help clients grow their ecommerce businesses. You can balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution, moving seamlessly from research and analysis to implementation and reporting. Above all, you take pride in your work, communicate clearly, and see every project as a chance to make an impact.
