We are dedicated to creating a significant impact for our employees by fostering a culture that sparks innovation and supports professional and personal growth along the way.

Role Overview

As the ideal Conversational Architect, you are a strategic thinker who can design innovative and effective conversational AI solutions, lead technical teams, and build strong client relationships. Our Conversational Architects are passionate about architecting sophisticated, user-centric generative virtual agents, eagerly embracing the latest tools and frameworks to push the boundaries of what's possible, and guiding their successful implementation for our clients. You thrive on translating complex business needs into robust, scalable, and impactful conversational experiences.

Responsibilities
  • Lead strategic discovery workshops to define business objectives, key performance indicators (KPIs), user personas, and technical constraints, ensuring a comprehensive understanding of client needs.
  • Architect end-to-end conversational AI solutions, encompassing dialogue flows, integration points, data strategy, and the application of relevant technologies (e.g., Conversational Agents, Vertex AI, Generative AI, ADK, CCaaS, broader Agent Builder ecosystem).
  • Develop and present high-level solution designs, technical roadmaps, and strategic recommendations to both technical and non-technical client stakeholders.
  • Serve as the primary technical advisor to clients, building trusted relationships, managing expectations, and guiding them through the complexities of CAI implementation.
  • Oversee and mentor a team of conversational engineers, providing technical guidance, ensuring design adherence, and fostering best practices in development.
  • Collaborate closely with product, engineering, and sales teams to define project scope, identify new opportunities, and contribute to the evolution of our CAI offerings.
  • Drive the creation of solution architecture diagrams, technical documentation, and standards to ensure consistency and quality across projects.
  • Stay at the forefront of industry trends, emerging technologies (including agentic frameworks and advanced AI/ML capabilities), and best practices in conversational AI, applying this knowledge to enhance client solutions and internal capabilities.
  • Facilitate client workshops for requirements gathering, solution validation, and user acceptance testing (UAT) oversight, ensuring solutions meet defined success criteria.
  • Manage technical escalations and proactively identify risks and mitigation strategies throughout the project lifecycle.
Qualifications
  • 3-5 years of experience in Architecting, Designing, and leading the implementation of complex virtual agent and conversational AI solutions, with a focus on Generative agents. Strong preference for experience across the Google Cloud AI ecosystem (Conversational Agents, Playbooks, Vertex AI, Agent Builder), or parallel tooling.
  • Proven track record of successfully bringing multiple large-scale virtual agents to market, demonstrating significant impact for clients or internal operations.
  • Deep understanding of LLMs, prompt engineering, NLP, NLU, conversational design principles, and the intricacies of building and maintaining sophisticated interaction models.
  • Expertise in systems thinking, with the ability to design solutions that integrate seamlessly with existing client infrastructure, CCaaS platforms, and backend systems via APIs and webhooks.
  • Strong leadership and mentoring skills, with experience guiding technical teams and fostering a collaborative development environment.
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts and strategies clearly and persuasively to diverse audiences, including executive leadership.
  • Proficiency in project management principles and experience overseeing the full lifecycle of CAI projects.
  • Experience with programming languages such as Python
  • Familiarity with data analytics and reporting tools (e.g., Looker, Tableau, BigQuery) to define and track solution performance.
  • Up-to-date knowledge of web, mobile, and cloud technologies, with a thorough understanding of interface design, usability standards, and production lifecycle management for AI solutions.
  • Prior experience in pre-sales support, technical consulting, or a similar client-facing strategic role is highly desirable.
