About the OpportunityWe're building a talent pipeline for upcoming controls engineering opportunities across multiple levels. Connect with us now so you're on our radar when the right role opens.
- Junior Controls Engineer (0–3 years)
- Controls Engineer (3–6 years)
- Senior Controls Engineer (6–10 years)
- Staff/Principal Controls Engineer (10+ years)
- PLC programming and controls system design
- HMI/SCADA development and integration
- Automation system commissioning and troubleshooting
- Motion control, robotics, and process control systems
- Cross-functional collaboration with manufacturing and systems engineering teams
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Controls, or Mechatronics Engineering (Master's a plus for senior-level roles)
- Experience with PLC platforms (Allen-Bradley, Siemens, or similar) and HMI/SCADA tools
- Familiarity with industrial automation and safety standards
- Experience ranging from recent graduates to engineers with 10+ years leading controls programs

Salary Range: $60,000-$150,000
The actual salary offered is dependent on various factors including, but not limited to, location, the candidate’s combination of job-related knowledge, qualifications, skills, education, training, and experience
