Job Title: Contracts Specialist
Location: Remote
Job Description
Responsible for the preparation and administration of government and commercial contracts. Ensures compliance with FAR/DFARS and company policies, advises program teams on contractual obligations, and supports risk assessment and resolution of contractual issues.
Education and Background
Typically has a Bachelor's degree, with focus in Business Administration, Contracts Management, Finance, or related field preferred and a minimum 1 year in contracts, legal, or related profession.

Required Skills
- Experience working with Federal Government contracts.
- Experience in reviewing and editing contract agreements including NDA and TA artifacts.
- Demonstrated ability to multi-task, effectively prioritize, and meet deadlines.
- Strong work ethic and collaborative team player.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, and strong attention to detail.
- Ability to foster relationships both internally within the company and externally with prime contracts POCs.
Preferred Skills
- Ability to effectively negotiate contract terms and conditions to maintain preferable outcomes and positive relationships.
- Ability to juggle competing priorities and utilize time management techniques to meet deadlines and complete tasks.
- Strong interpersonal skills, with ability to communicate effectively and demonstrate teamwork and flexibility.
