About the Role
We’re looking for a highly organized, detail-oriented Contracts Manager to join our growing legal team. In this role, you will help accelerate critical revenue-generating deals for our high-performing sales and partnerships teams. You’ll manage our end-to-end contract lifecycle processes, and will work with the rest of the legal team to design and implement efficient and scalable legal operations projects in a fast-paced, technology-driven environment.
Additionally, you will play a critical part in enabling the InMarket legal team to provide quick, efficient, and excellent support for our business.
Your daily impact as a Contracts Manager
- Manage the full contract lifecycle—from intake and drafting through negotiation, execution, and renewal
- Draft, review, negotiate, and redline a wide range of commercial agreements (e.g., MSAs, SOWs, Order Forms, NDAs, DPAs, vendor and partnership agreements)
- Partner with Sales, Partnerships, Procurement, and Finance to drive timely deal execution
- Own processes to track key agreement terms, material obligations, and renewal timelines to ensure we honor our commitments and manage potential risks
- Improve and scale contract workflows, templates, and playbooks, and champion the thoughtful implementation of automation and AI tools
- Own and optimize the contract lifecycle management (CLM) system
- Track and report on actionable legal metrics
- Assist with corporate governance projects, entity management, and maintaining legal records
- Support compliance initiatives, particularly in the critical areas of privacy, security and data protection
- 3–6+ years of experience as contracts manager, paralegal, or legal operations specialist (in-house experience strongly preferred)
- Experience in adtech, SaaS, or technology companies preferred
- Strong working knowledge of commercial contracts and contract negotiation processes
- Familiarity with the legal frameworks and agreement provisions relevant to data privacy and digital advertising
- Experience with CLM tools (e.g., Adobe Sign)
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills, tracking and driving pending tasks through to completion
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment
- Strong written and oral communication skills and a collaborative mindset
- Paralegal certification or equivalent legal training
- Experience working remotely to support a distributed team
- Familiarity with implementing and managing legal tech/process automation solutions
- Strong understanding of digital advertising, ad measurement, and related privacy/data processing agreements

For candidates in California, Colorado, and New York City, Illinois, Minnesota, New Jersey, Vermont, Washington and Massachusetts, the Targeted Base Salary Range for this role is $120,000 -$135,000.
Actual salaries will vary depending on factors including but not limited to work experience, specialized skills and training, performance in role, business needs, and job requirements. Base salary is subject to change and may be modified in the future. Base salary is just one component of InMarket’s total rewards package that also may include bonus, equity, and benefits.
