Position Overview 

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Contracts Administrator to join the Supply Chain team and support Verra Mobility's Government Solutions business. This role partners closely with the Bid Management team to support the full contract lifecycle, including bid and proposal activities, contract administration, document management, compliance tracking, reporting, and data maintenance. 

The Contracts Administrator helps ensure contractual and bid-related documentation is accurate, properly maintained, and compliant with company policies and customer requirements. The ideal candidate is highly organized, analytical, and able to collaborate effectively across Supply Chain, Legal, Sales, Procurement, and Operations to support business objectives and contractual obligations. 

Responsibilities 

  • Support the preparation, review, and administration of contracts, amendments, customer agreements, and bid/proposal documentation. 
  • Maintain contract records, documentation, and contract lifecycle data within company systems. 
  • Support the Bid Management team in gathering, organizing, and tracking customer requirements, contractual deliverables, and proposal artifacts. 
  • Collaborate with Supply Chain, Legal, Sales, Procurement, Operations, and other cross-functional stakeholders to facilitate contract execution and compliance. 
  • Analyze requests and data, identify trends, and provide reports and recommendations to management. 
  • Review contract terms and conditions to ensure compliance with company policies and applicable federal, state, and local regulations. 
  • Track contract milestones, renewals, amendments, reporting requirements, and other key contractual obligations. 
  • Assist with contract compliance reviews to ensure adherence to customer requirements, company policies, and regulatory requirements. 
  • Clearly communicate contract-related information and requirements to internal stakeholders. 
  • Monitor progress against deadlines and ensure timely completion of assigned tasks and deliverables. 
  • Proofread, edit, and verify contract and proposal documentation for accuracy, completeness, and consistency. 
  • Prepare and maintain reports, metrics, and performance data related to contracts, bids, and customer requirements. 
  • Prepare and ensure proper execution of a variety of administrative documentation, reports, and supporting records. 
  • Support contract artifact management, document retention, and audit preparedness activities. 

 

Qualifications 

  • 2+ years of experience in contract administration, bid/proposal support, procurement, supply chain, or a related business function. 
  • Experience supporting contract lifecycle management, document control, or compliance-related processes. 
  • Familiarity with government contracting, public sector procurement, or regulated business environments preferred. 
  • Knowledge of contract terminology and contract administration best practices. 
  • Experience with CRM, contract management, ERP, or document management systems; Oracle experience preferred. 
  • Ability to follow instructions and demonstrate exceptional attention to detail. 
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills. 
  • Ability to identify, analyze, and recommend solutions to business and customer-related issues. 
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills with strong command of the English language. 
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a virtual or office environment. 
  • Strong multitasking and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines. 
  • Demonstrated commitment to compliance with company policies, customer requirements, and applicable regulations. 
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. 
  • Strong reporting, data management, and document organization skills.
