A Day in the Life:

  • Lead backend engineering for a complex financial platform, building and maintaining an analytics engine, financial forecasting pipelines, rate table logic, and rules engine design across a range of financial products
  • Develop full-stack across front-end and back-end concurrently, leveraging Azure services to support scalable, cloud-native delivery within an agile pod structure
  • Integrate with external financial systems and data sources, building reliable pipelines on Azure with structured error handling and full calculation traceability

What it takes:

  • Full-stack engineering depth with strong backend expertise in data analytics, financial calculations, and integration pipeline design
  • Hands-on experience with Azure services, including App Service, AKS, and cloud-native data platform tooling
  • Proven ability to integrate with external financial systems and build reliable data pipelines with structured error handling and calculation traceability
  • Experience designing rate table and rules engines for complex financial products
  • Ability to develop against agreed cross-team data schemas independently, without creating inter-pod dependencies
  • Strong portfolio management data modeling skills and front-end dashboard development experience
  • Flexibility to contribute across both front-end and back-end concurrently in a high-velocity agile pod environment
  • Intellectual curiosity and drive to deliver technically complex solutions within a structured, milestone-driven engagement
  • Desire to work collaboratively across delivery pods and participate actively in cross-team technical design reviews
  • Hunger for continuous learning and professional growth in enterprise financial technology
  • Good interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills to engage effectively with technical and business stakeholders alike

Regardless of your specific role, we seek individuals who are excited to explore, adopt, and evangelize AI tools and methodologies. If you have experience in AI or a proven track record of rapidly learning and mentoring others on emerging tech, you’ll fit right in.
