In This Role
As a Contract Specialist, you will support sales and operations teams in managing contract execution for U.S. Federal deals. You’ll be responsible for the full lifecycle of contract setup and processing—ensuring timely, accurate service delivery while meeting compliance and workflow requirements. The ideal candidate is located in the Eastern or Central time zone, as this aligns best with the team’s operating hours. This role provides the opportunity to work on high-impact government transactions within a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
Key ResponsibilitiesServe as a key contributor in the deal and contract process, supporting internal stakeholders through contract setup, creation, review, and routing.
Ensure adherence to internal controls, approvals, and compliance requirements.
Collaborate across departments to facilitate deal reviews, legal approvals, and signature processes.
Deliver transactional support aligned with service-level agreements (SLAs).
Maintain high accuracy and attention to detail across contract documents and data entries.
Use internal systems and tools to track, manage, and update contract progress.
4+ years of experience in contract coordination, administration, or a related operations function.
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Teams, Word, Excel, and related collaboration tools.
Demonstrated experience managing multiple deals or projects simultaneously with diverse stakeholders.
Excellent communication, organizational, and time-management skills.
Comfortable working independently in a remote, fast-paced environment.
Must be based in or able to work core business hours in the Eastern or Central Time Zone.
Prior experience working on the sell side of federal government contracts (supporting federal clients, not as a federal buyer).
Familiarity with cloud technology providers and enterprise-level procurement processes.
Exposure to enterprise contract lifecycle management systems or CRM tools.
Previous experience working in a high-volume, compliance-driven environment.
Salary Range
Pay ranges vary based on multiple factors including, without limitation, skill sets, education, responsibilities, experience, and geographical market. The pay range for this position reflects geographic based ranges for Washington state: $$29.81 USD/Hr. The salary/wage and job title for this opening will be based on the selected candidate’s qualifications and experience and may be outside this range.
