Datarails is growing fast - and we’re looking for a Contract Recruiter to help us scale top talent across the UK & Europe.
In this role, you won’t be bogged down with cold outreach or scheduling logistics—our rockstar sourcing team handles that! You’ll focus on what you do best: building strong candidate relationships, running high-quality processes, and partnering with hiring managers to deliver exceptional hiring outcomes.
What You'll Do:
- Manage full-cycle recruiting for roles across the UK and Europe
- Build strong partnerships with hiring managers across departments
- Deliver a smooth, high-touch candidate experience
- Keep hiring teams aligned, informed, and on track
- Use SparkHire/Comeet (bonus if you already know them!)
What We’re Looking For:
- Based in the Eastern Time Zone
- Proven experience recruiting for high-growth startups
- Strong communicator and relationship builder
- Skilled in fast-paced, agile environments
- Experience with international hiring (UK/EU) is a MUST
- Bonus: Familiarity with SparkHire/Comeet
This is a remote contract role (30 hours/week to start) with flexibility, autonomy, and a fun, fast-moving team. This opportunity will pay an hourly rate between $40-$50 USD
