Longmark Group is seeking an experienced Contract Recruiter to support rapid hiring across its expanding mortgage lending platform. This person will play a key role in scaling both sales-facing and business-critical operational teams, with primary focus on high-volume recruiting for sales and sales support functions, while also assisting with backend corporate hiring as business needs evolve.
The ideal candidate thrives in fast-paced environments, can manage multiple active searches simultaneously, and brings strong judgment when recruiting across a mix of revenue-driving, operational, and corporate roles.
This is a temporary position (3-6 months)
Key ResponsibilitiesLead full-cycle recruiting across high-volume and business-critical openings within the lending platform
Support hiring for sales-related roles including sales operations, sales support, and production-facing functions
Recruit for backend and corporate roles across operations, servicing, underwriting support, compliance, and other business areas as needed
Partner closely with hiring managers to define role requirements, priorities, and timelines
Build proactive sourcing strategies for both active and pipeline hiring needs
Conduct recruiter screens to evaluate relevant experience, pace, problem-solving ability, and culture fit
Manage interview scheduling, candidate communication, and offer process coordination
Maintain strong pipeline visibility and accurate ATS documentation
Help drive hiring efficiency by improving outreach strategies, process consistency, and candidate flow
Adapt quickly as priorities shift across a growing business
5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience
Strong background in high-volume, fast-paced recruiting, ideally within mortgage, financial services, fintech, or similarly metrics-driven environments
Experience recruiting across both sales and operational/corporate functions
Ability to manage multiple searches at once without sacrificing candidate quality
Strong sourcing skills across LinkedIn and other recruiting channels
Comfortable partnering directly with hiring leaders and operating with urgency
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Mortgage lending, banking, consumer finance, or related industry recruiting experience strongly preferred
Experience recruiting for sales operations, processing, underwriting support, servicing, or compliance functions is a plus
Prior work in high-growth or scaling environments highly valued
