What You Will Do:
We are looking for a Contract Lead to oversee contract execution for Data Linkage Services. This is a hybrid full‑time position located in Bethesda, MD.

• Lead contract execution and oversight for data linkage activities  

• Provide expertise in managing large, complex datasets and multi‑way data linkages  

• Oversee compliance with contract scope, quality, and performance requirements

• Support communication with Government stakeholders and program leadership  

• Ensure linkage activities meet data governance and security requirements  

What You Will Need:

• Bachelor’s degree in health services, social sciences, economics, behavioral research, or related fields  

• Minimum of Five (5) years of experience as a task lead on projects

• Experience working with CMS data and complex data linkages  

• Technical background in statistical analysis and IT systems  

• Must be able to obtain and maintain a Federal or DoD Public Trust. Candidates must receive approved adjudication of their Public Trust prior to onboarding with Guidehouse. Candidates with an active Public Trust or existing suitability are preferred.
