🌟 Who We're Looking For

We are looking for a Contract Junior Recruiter / Sourcer that will help with candidate sourcing and associate-level hiring. In this role, you will help source ideal candidate profiles using LinkedIn Recruiter and Boolean search strings.

🛠 Responsibilities

  • Source and identify potential candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean searches, and other sourcing channels
  • Conduct initial phone screens and candidate assessments to evaluate fit
  • Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and ideal candidate profiles
  • Maintain accurate records in Greenhouse, our applicant tracking system (ATS)
  • Develop and nurture relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and stakeholders

🙌 Qualifications & Fit

  • 0-2 years of experience in recruiting, sourcing, or talent acquisition
  • Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter and Boolean search techniques preferred
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruiting software
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities
  • Attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
  • Enthusiastic about learning and growing within the talent acquisition field

Compensation: This is a 3-6 month contract role with a target compensation of $65,000-90,000 USD
