Job Title: Contract Coordinator (Temporary)

Compensation: $24.00 to $28.80/Hour

Location: Arizona, California, Colorado, Connecticut, Florida, Georgia, Iowa, Illinois, Indiana, Kansas, Maryland, Michigan, Minnesota, Missouri, North Carolina, New Jersey, New Mexico, New York, Oregon, Pennsylvania, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, Virginia, Washington, and Wisconsin.

Adswerve is looking for a Contract Coordinator to join our Legal Team! This position will collaborate closely with team members, contributing to the growth of our evolving team. We are seeking someone who will be responsible for managing all of the Legal Team’s contract-related administrative tasks, including, but not limited to: delegating all incoming contract requests; overseeing the signature process for all contracts; and ensuring all signed contracts are processed correctly. The Contract Coordinator should have situational awareness of the customer journey, help support the progression of the customer relationship, and foster positive team morale. 

This is a temporary full-time position for approximately 3 to 6 months. 

Responsibilities
  • Delegate contract requests in the Salesforce Service Cloud queue according to team member workload and their familiarity with the customer 
  • Communicate internally with contract requestors and externally with customers to guide the beginning and end of the contract lifecycle
  • Facilitate document signing by sending documents for signature via DocuSign, and delegating signing through customers’ portals
  • File documents and contracts appropriately in Drive and the CLM (Lexion);
  • Manage the CLM (Lexion) dashboard, entering accurate contract data, and generating accurate reports
  • Process customer contract termination requests and review Network Transfer Agreements
  • Coordinate with other departments to complete customers’ procurement questionnaires
  • Ensure compliance with customer insurance and IT security requirements 
  • Collaborate with the Legal Compliance Administrator to manage the Legal Team's general Gmail inbox and other inquiries outside of the Salesforce Service Cloud queue
Experience
  • 2-4 years of relevant corporate or firm legal assistance experience
  • Experience with document management
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Meticulous degree of attention to detail and organization
  • Excellent judgment and discretion in handling confidential information
  • Proactive in seeking input, approval, and feedback
  • Independent and accountable for completing all assigned tasks and meeting deadlines
  • Able to multitask and monitor multiple platforms, prioritize accordingly, and manage an ever-growing task list
  • Comfortable working with (and curious about) new technology systems and experience with SalesForce is a plus
  • Actively fosters a positive, collaborative, and communicative team environment, embracing feedback for continuous professional development and contributing to a diverse and inclusive workplace

This position pays a base salary of $24.00 to $28.80/Hour per year. Wage differential is based on training and experience.
