This is a high‑touch, highly collaborative role. You will serve as the primary liaison across CRMS, Marketing, Legal, and external partners—guiding contracts from initiation through execution, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely payment, while proactively managing details so nothing falls through the cracks.

This is a growth role ideal for someone who enjoys asking questions, following up, juggling multiple priorities, and being the “connector” who brings order and clarity across functions. If you thrive in environments where curiosity, initiative, and relationship‑building matter, this role offers meaningful impact and development.

What You’ll Do:

  • Manage the full lifecycle of contracts for HCP consulting, clinical research, medical education, and special projects—from initiation through closeout.

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for HCPs and vendors, providing a professional, responsive, and concierge‑level experience.

  • Coordinate closely with Legal, Marketing, CRMS, and other internal teams to ensure contracts, amendments, and work orders are accurate and executed on time.

  • Track contract milestones, obligations, and deliverables; maintain clear documentation and historical records.

  • Ensure accurate application of fair market value (FMV) and adherence to applicable laws, regulations, and company policies.

  • Support event operations related to HCP engagements, including:

  • Vendor coordination (venues, labs, catering, travel, etc.)

  • Budget estimates and sourcing options

  • Cost reconciliation and on‑time payment processing

  • Monitor progress, compile data, and provide reporting to support planning and compliance.

  • Identify gaps or inefficiencies and proactively recommend improvements to processes, tools, or communication.

  • Contribute to special projects that support broader CRMS and commercial objectives.

Minimum Requirements (must have):

  • High school diploma or equivalent with 4+ years of relevant experience supporting contracts, operations, events, or cross‑functional coordination.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience supporting contracts in healthcare, medical device, life sciences, or another regulated industry.

  • Familiarity with contract management systems (e.g., Salesforce, SAP, or similar).

  • Advanced Excel skills (e.g., pivot tables, lookups).

  • Event operations, executive support, project coordination, or “chief‑of‑staff–type” experience.

  • Experience working directly with customers, vendors, or high‑touch external stakeholders.

  • Strong organizational and follow‑up skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline‑driven environment.

  • Comfort working as a liaison across multiple functions and with external partners.

  • Confidence asking questions, tracking down answers, and proactively resolving issues.

  • Clear, professional communication skills (written and verbal)
