The Continuous Monitoring Specialist will develop continuous monitoring strategies, define security metrics, integrate data into tools, and enhance risk management processes.

Position Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain continuous monitoring strategies and plans
- Define security metrics and reporting mechanisms
- Integrate automated monitoring data into GRC tools
- Support ongoing authorization and risk decision processes
- Identify opportunities to reduce manual RMF activities
Position Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Cybersecurity, or related field
- 9+ years of experience with continuous monitoring programs
- Familiarity with security metrics, dashboards, and reporting
- Experience integrating scanning, logging, and monitoring tools
- Knowledge of ongoing authorization concepts
- Strong working knowledge of NIST RMF steps and artifacts
- US citizenship and ability to obtain and maintain a federal security clearance is required
