Position Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain continuous monitoring strategies and plans 
  • Define security metrics and reporting mechanisms 
  • Integrate automated monitoring data into GRC tools 
  • Support ongoing authorization and risk decision processes 
  • Identify opportunities to reduce manual RMF activities 

Position Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in IT, Cybersecurity, or related field 
  • 9+ years of experience with continuous monitoring programs 
  • Familiarity with security metrics, dashboards, and reporting 
  • Experience integrating scanning, logging, and monitoring tools 
  • Knowledge of ongoing authorization concepts 
  • Strong working knowledge of NIST RMF steps and artifacts 
  • US citizenship and ability to obtain and maintain a federal security clearance is required
