The Impact You’ll MakeAs a Content Writer, you will lead content strategy and execution for North America and EMEA. The person will cover a wide range of content types including social, blogs, events, and campaign assets, but with a specific focus on long-form content tied to product marketing, thought leadership, and technical communication. This strategist is expected to lead high-visibility GTM efforts and collaborate closely with the LATAM strategist to deliver on Incode’s global brand goals.
What You’ll Own & DriveOwn white papers and long-form content production (editorials, guides, gated assets, e-books, buyer’s guides, how-tos).
Create and ship content for technical product launches, GTM campaigns, and blog announcements.
Write product-focused blog posts, case studies, and use case breakdowns tied to outcomes and adoption.
Draft and refine executive bylines and ghostwritten thought leadership pieces.
Support analyst-facing content related to firms such as Gartner, Liminal, and others.
Draft press release content and collaborate on PR/editorial planning in partnership with comms stakeholders.
Collaborate with PMM to align messaging, validate positioning, and ensure technical accuracy.
Review and edit LATAM-produced content to ensure quality and consistency across English assets.
Co-lead editorial planning and support other regional content needs as required.
Act as a content lead for analyst- and investor-facing communications when needed.
Native-level writing and editing skills in English, with strong editorial judgment.
Strong ability to translate technical topics into clear, compelling narratives for B2B audiences.
High ownership, independence, and reliability—comfortable leading projects end-to-end.
Strong cross-functional collaboration skills, especially with Product Marketing, PR/comms, and regional partners.
Comfortable operating in fast-moving GTM environments with multiple stakeholders and deadlines.
Proven experience producing long-form B2B content (white papers, guides, gated content, e-books).
Background in journalism, product marketing, or editorial roles preferred.
Experience in SaaS, enterprise software, cybersecurity, or identity verification is a strong plus.
Experience supporting product launches, GTM campaigns, or executive thought leadership content.
