You will work independently within a structured environment, collaborating with content owners to ensure materials remain current, clear, and operationally effective.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain documentation lifecycle elements such as versioning, review cycles, and content status signals
  • Triage incoming feedback, implement updates, or coordinate with content owners for resolution
  • Track feedback items through closure and identify recurring quality or usability themes
  • Perform editorial reviews to enforce documentation standards and improve readability
  • Ensure content aligns with current platform guidance and organizational standards
  • Contribute to and maintain runbook-style and operational documentation
  • Support ongoing initiatives by maintaining and updating established content assets
  • Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure documentation consistency and usability
  • Ensure timely updates with minimal defects and rework

Required Qualifications

  • 3–5 years of experience in content writing, editing, or documentation support
  • Strong experience reviewing and maintaining business or technical documentation
  • Hands-on experience with documentation lifecycle management (versioning, review cycles, updates)
  • Experience triaging feedback and incorporating updates into content
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft 365 tools (Teams, SharePoint, Exchange, Power Platform, etc.)
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to enforce content standards consistently
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision in a structured environment
  • Strong written communication and editorial judgment skills

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working with large-scale content libraries or enterprise documentation portfolios
  • Familiarity with runbook-style or operational documentation
  • Exposure to documentation governance frameworks or quality standards
  • Experience using GitHub or similar platforms for content publishing or version control
  • Familiarity with tools such as Copilot Studio or modern content management systems
  • Portfolio of prior documentation or content work samples
