The Opportunity
As a Content Supply Chain Transformation Senior Manager, you will play a key part in transformation efforts as a business tech lead, defining and establishing a scalable, well-governed content for supply chains to enable efficient distribution of trusted, reusable content across channels and endpoints. You will cultivate cross-functional relationships and leverage knowledge of the internal product ecosystem to align efforts, reduce redundancy, and drive impactful outcomes. You will lead cross-vertical teaming to execute in alignment with business and technical priorities, while also driving toward a more consolidated, cohesive content and product ecosystem.
As a Senior Manager, you will utilize your skills and influence to deliver quality results, motivating and coaching teams to solve complex problems. You will apply sound judgment, recognizing when to take action and when to escalate, while developing and sustaining inclusive teams. Your commitment to excellence will contribute to the success of our firm.
Responsibilities
- Developing scalable content processes and reusable models across digital platforms.
- Teaming with business, product, and tech teams to align content and platform priorities
- Managing execution across content, digital experience, and product initiatives
- Working with technical teams on integrated content solutions.
- Detecting ways to improve consistency, reduce duplication, and streamline workflows.
- Implementing cross-channel content distribution & driving alignment of business needs and technical delivery
What You Must Have
- At least a High School Diploma
- At least 6 years of experience
What Sets You Apart
- Preference for a Bachelor's degree
- Experience supporting digital experience, content operations, or MarTech initiatives
- Understanding of reusable content models and structured content practices
- Conversant with content management systems and digital platforms
- Proven success with managing and leading cross-functional work across business and technical teams
- Experience with platform implementations and operational process improvements
- Translating business needs into scalable workflows and delivery approaches
- Communicating with technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Managing multiple priorities across complex initiatives
- Attention to detail with a focus on consistency and execution quality
The salary range for this position is: $91,000 - $321,500. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
