Content Specialist at Achievable
Achievable exam preparation (https://achievable.me) is looking for a detail-oriented, passionate, and collaborative Content Specialist to join our dynamic team. In this full-time role, you’ll play a key part in developing high-quality, compelling course content that enlightens and engages our ambitious learners. You'll also collaborate with subject matter experts (SMEs) to ensure the accuracy and relevance of course content and identify areas for improvement and growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Content Development: Support the development of Achievable’s courses by collaborating with subject matter experts and tutors.
- Content Production: Assist in formatting, importing, and structuring new course material, while guiding contributors on best practices for building effective and engaging content.
- Content Review: Conduct quality assurance and editorial passes on course materials to ensure clarity, consistency, and accuracy, ensuring alignment with Achievable’s standards.
- Content Maintenance: Update and improve existing courses as needed, including editing written content, sourcing or creating images, and coordinating changes across our platform.
Qualifications and Skills
- Experience in creating long-form and short-form content, ideally within an educational framework.
- Experience working collaboratively and coordinating across teams.
- Exceptional writing and editorial prowess with a keen eye for nuanced detail.
- A proactive, problem-solving mindset, and comfort working independently.
- A Bachelor’s degree in English, Communication, or a related academic field is recommended.

Benefits Package
- A competitive starting salary that grows with your experience and commendable performance.
- Range: $50,000 - $60,000
- Comprehensive healthcare reimbursement, inclusive of spouse/family plans.
- QSEHRA reimbursement up to $6,350 (individual) or $12,800 (family) per year
