Summary

The Marketing Content Specialist is a creative and detail-oriented communicator responsible for crafting compelling content across multiple formats and channels. This role focuses on developing high-impact messaging, presentations, and collateral that align with brand voice and support business objectives. The ideal candidate excels at storytelling, understands B2B or B2C marketing dynamics, and can effectively translate complex ideas into clear, engaging content for web, sales, and promotional use.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain corporate presentation decks (e.g., company overview, product slides, investor or sales pitch decks) with strong narrative flow and visual consistency.

  • Write and edit high-quality content for a range of materials, including sales brochures, one-pagers, case studies, data sheets, and product briefs.

  • Craft persuasive copy for digital channels, including website pages, landing pages, banners, and promotional campaigns.

  • Collaborate with product marketing, design, and sales teams to ensure messaging is aligned, accurate, and on-brand.

  • Support content development for campaigns, events, and launches—including taglines, email copy, social posts, and event collateral.

  • Maintain content libraries and version control for all presentations and marketing assets.

  • Contribute to brand voice and tone guidelines and ensure consistency across all content touchpoints.

Qualifications:

  • Must have 10+ years demonstrated experience with copy writing, copy editing, and promotional campaigns writing. 

  • Must be computer literate with proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook with the ability to learn new computer systems. 

  • Good oral and written communication skills.

  • Ability to work independently as well as with a team.

  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

  • Ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

  • Detail oriented and enthusiasm for learning.

  • Demonstrated and creative strength in PowerPoint and visual/graphic design, animation and video a plus.
