Wisp (usewisp.io) is a confidential AI harness that lets nobody - even Wisp - read, store or train on your data.
Wisp was built on a core idea of privacy by architecture, not by policy. Most AI companies ask you to trust their promises not to read or share your data. We built Wisp so you don’t have to trust us (or anyone) - your prompts are pxrotected by hardware-level encryption and their confidentiality can be verified through Trusted Execution Environment (TEE) attestations.
We're early-stage and Wisp’s story is still being written. Your job will be to help tell it loudly, clearly, and every day.
The role
Although early, the Wisp team has an established marketing strategy, narrative, and positioning. Your job would entail executing on those pillars: you take a two-line brief and turn it into a finished post, thread, script, or video. The output is platform-native, on-brand and on schedule.
This is not a junior role: you will receive direction but not micromanagement. We expect you to be self-sufficient and proactive: come back with something better than the brief, push back when an idea is weak, and once you’ve settled into the role and gotten to know the product, bring and execute a steady stream of your own ideas and narrative threads.
Your tasks
Turn ideas and briefs into finished content across social platforms: X posts and threads, LinkedIn posts, short-form video scripts and edits, visuals
Own the publishing calendar and keep a consistent cadence across X, LinkedIn, Instagram and Youtube/TikTok (more channels as we grow)
Edit short-form video: explainers, launch assets, memes. Should be able to use Premiere, CapCut, or your tool of choice
Repurpose content: take one strong idea and adapt it natively for different platforms
Engage: replying and bringing value into conversations and communities where our audience lives
Scan: Keep an active pulse on relevant communities, trending topics, and Wisp-related zeitgeist
Experience
3-6 years of hands-on content creation in tech, AI, web3 or adjacent niches
Portfolio of shipped work - posts, threads, videos you can share as reference
Content brain with an ear for platform-native voice - you know why an X thread and a LinkedIn post about the same idea should look nothing alike
Competent short-form video editor - with examples to share
Self-managing - you take a brief, ask the right questions and then ship
Comfortable with technical subject matter - you don't need to be an engineer, but you should be able to make encryption and confidential computing sound interesting and clear.
Bonus points
You've worked in or around privacy, security and/or AI
Design skills: Figma, basic motion graphics
You've been an early hire at a startup before
What we offer
